Our Roots
The South Peace Health Services Society originated in November 2017 to enhance recruitment and retention of Health Care Professionals in the South Peace. Our Board of Directors is composed of elected volunteers from the South Peace area and represents the essence of medical care – Families. We are a not for profit society dedicated to enhancing medical care in the region. Whether it is through our medical family or the family support for patient – together we build stronger health.

CODI APP TECHNOLOGY
The CODI App provides real time support for rural ER providers
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. CODI is a mobile iPhone-based care strategy providing rural physicians with instant access to a critical care specialist in real time, 24/7 . CODI is the thoughtful integration of technology and the “right people” to help support rural physicians during some of their most stressful and challenging times in the emergency room. (CODI 2019)
BULTERY'S COMMUNITY HOUSE
Provide affordable accommodations while in Dawson Creek for medical care
With this initiative, our goal is to provide affordable accommodations for those requiring overnight or long term stays while receiving medical treatment in Dawson Creek. While we complete construction on the "Bultery's House", our community partners are ensuring we have affordable accommodations. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.
